As Sales Performance Manager, you will support dealers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction within your geographic area for the full Nissan range PC (Passenger Cars), LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) and EV's (Electrical Vehicles). What you will be doing: - Responsible for the performance of a group of dealers - Responsible for the sales achievement: market share, volume and product mix - Measure, control and report the customer orders, sales, market share and customer satisfaction performance of all the sales outlets - Define wholesale and allocation plan with dealers - Reporting and forecasting to Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager and all other on key risk and opportunities. - Cooperation with other field staff.
