Core Responsibilities - Conduct compliance assessments, gap analyses, and control testing against applicable regulations and company policies. - Develop and implement compliance programs, procedures, and monitoring plans. - Identify compliance risks, document findings, and recommend corrective actions with clear timelines and owners. - Prepare audit-ready documentation, reports, and evidence for internal and external reviews. - Advise business teams on regulatory interpretation, operational impacts, and practical solutions. - Deliver compliance training and support change management to drive adoption of controls. - Track remediation progress and validate closure of issues.
