You will work in a high-accountability environment where daily operations, regulatory requirements, system dependencies and ongoing change come together. Your focus will be to maintain control, ensure accuracy and continuously improve how we operate. - Process, clear, reconcile and control trades end to end with a strong focus on accuracy and timely execution - Ensure robust operational control across daily activities, regulatory requirements and system dependencies - Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical enhancements to processes and controls - Build transparency across the trading lifecycle to support better decision-making and risk management - Take ownership of defined parts of the post-trade lifecycle and develop a deep understanding of how trading activities are operationally secured Job requirements and experience - Strong attention to detail combined with the confidence to question, investigate and improve processes - Ownership mindset with a clear focus on delivering reliable outcomes - Ability to make informed decisions and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment - Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams and share knowledge effectively - Comfortable navigating complexity, setting priorities and challenging the status quo - Calm, structured and resilient when working under pressure and...
