Core responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and other legal documents. - Advise business teams on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks; support governance and internal controls. - Manage disputes, claims, and litigation support in collaboration with external counsel. - Support data protection, confidentiality, and records management obligations where relevant. - Maintain legal templates, documentation standards, and contract lifecycle processes. - Monitor legal developments and translate changes into actionable guidance.
