RAVAS is looking for a driven Sales Office Employee to act as the linchpin between clients, distributors and internal departments, and to help ensure optimal order processing and customer satisfaction. Zaltbommel, Netherlands ⏰ 32 - 40 hours per week About the position What will you do? In this role, you will be the international point of contact for customers and distributors. You will support the entire sales process - from quotations to order fulfilment - and ensure that all commercial and administrative processes run accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics and other internal departments and ensure that data is processed correctly in ERP and CRM systems. Thanks to your structured approach and customer-focused attitude, you ensure an optimal customer experience. You play a central role within the Sales Office and ensure that processes run smoothly.
