As an HR Business Partner internally, you'll serve as a consultant and advisor regarding HR policy and initiatives such as performance management, onboarding, and coaching for success, with the goal of aligning HR practices to business strategies. -You will work closely with managers to provide expertise and hands-on support in multiple areas including planning, onboarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management. -Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations matters. -Leads the employee onboarding and offboarding process. -Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation. -Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. -Recommends improvements to policies, programs, and procedures related to the effectiveness of the HR function. -Provides guidance and support on employee relations issues; assess risk and determine appropriate course of action; conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed; escalate complex issues to HR Director. -Assist with designing presentations and facilitating training to client groups. -Maintains...
