Profile - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field - Experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Business Controller - Strong foundation in accounting, financial control and analysis - Experience within an international and fast-paced environment - Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills - Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance management - Comfortable working with shared service centres and international finance teams - Proactive and hands-on approach - Strong analytical and communication skills - Fluent in English
