Key responsibilities - Identify, assess, and monitor operational, regulatory, and conduct risks within personal injury claims processes. - Develop, implement, and maintain risk controls, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., incident management, audits, and control testing). - Advise claims leadership and business teams on compliance requirements, risk appetite, and mitigation actions. - Coordinate and support internal/external audits, regulatory inquiries, and reporting obligations. - Analyze risk events, root causes, and trends; define corrective and preventive actions and track closure. - Drive continuous improvement of governance, documentation, and process quality across the Personenschade value chain. - Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and second-line risk/compliance functions to ensure alignment.
