Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Teamleider Financial Planning & Control Role purpose: Lead and improve the Financial Planning & Control function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. - Manage and coach the FP&C team; set priorities, objectives, and performance standards. - Own the planning & control cycle: budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning, and period close support. - Deliver timely management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses with clear recommendations. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategy into financial plans and operational targets. - Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and financial governance; improve processes and documentation. - Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting and planning tools. - Support investment cases, business cases, and scenario/sensitivity analyses. Required skills and experience - Proven leadership experience within FP&C , controlling, or corporate finance. - Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management. - Advanced analytical skills; ability to convert data into business insights and decisions. - Experience with financial systems and BI/reporting tools; strong Excel skills. - Stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge constructively. - High standards for accuracy, deadlines, and process discipline. - Reliable forecasts and reporting delivered on time with improved insight quality. - Optim...
