Join the team as a production employee in Oss and help prepare fresh fish meals for Jumbo supermarkets. What are you going to do? As a production employee, you will prepare fresh fish meals and other fish products together with your colleagues. Your tasks include: - Preparing cold fish meals for Jumbo supermarkets in the region - Cutting, portioning and arranging ingredients - Baking and preparing different types of fish and other dishes - Packing, labelling and preparing products for transport - Checking the quality, freshness and presentation of the products - Working according to HACCP, hygiene and safety rules - Cleaning work areas, materials and equipment - Working together with colleagues to complete the daily production plan - Helping with other production tasks when needed - Reporting quality issues or unusual situations to your supervisor - Keeping the production area clean and professional What are the working hours? The working hours are Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 19:00. Who are you? - You work carefully and pay attention to quality - You can work hygienically and in an organised way - You enjoy working with colleagues - You are willing to help others when needed - You are physically able to work while standing - You are flexible and enjoy different types of tasks - Experience in food production is a plus, but not required What do you get?
