About this role
For an international organisation in pharmaceutical production in Tilburg, we are looking for an Operator. This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week for 12 months. You will work in shifts within a professional and structured production environment. What are you going to do? As an Operator, you will work in one of the production departments, such as Gel/Medicine, Encapsulation or Post Production. You will carry out tasks in line with safety regulations and quality standards and contribute to a smooth and accurate production process. You will start with a 2-month onboarding period, during which you will learn the department, machines, processes and quality requirements. Where will you work? You will be working for an international organisation in the pharmaceutical sector in Tilburg. At this location, commercial medicines are produced in the form of softgel capsules. What do we ask? - MBO working and thinking level or equivalent; - Good command of the Dutch language, at least B1 level; - Willingness to work in shifts; - Accurate, eager to learn and responsible; - Experience in production is a plus; - Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus; - Operator-A certificate is a plus; - Able to work well according to fixed procedures and quality standards.
