Wat je gaat doen As a High-Tech Production Employee , you play an important role in the final finishing of high-precision metal components. Using specialized hand tools, and sometimes a microscope, you carefully remove sharp edges and ensure every part meets strict quality standards. You'll work alongside a team of skilled colleagues in a clean, modern production environment where precision is key. Every component you finish is inspected before moving on to the next stage of production, meaning your attention to detail has a direct impact on the final product. No experience? No problem. If you're motivated and eager to learn, you'll receive all the training you need to master the job.
