- Buy/Rent/Lease - Demolition & Recycling - Construction Transport - Machinery & Equipment Heibaas/Foreman Are you our new Heibaas/Foreman? You and your team will work at various locations in the Netherlands. Your team consists of a machinist and a pile driver. You ensure that the work is done as well as possible. At Fundex you have a lot of responsibility and a great deal of freedom to complete a project. We have projects throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, so sometimes you are in the center of Leiden and other times in a polder in Zeeland. Before a project starts you and your team build a scaffold and after finishing it, it is dismantled again and the material goes to the next project. During the work you give instructions to the operator and keep a close eye on safety. As a Pile driver, you may be required to supervise apprentice workers and will be responsible for preparing and performing foundation work and be able to ensure safety and quality.
