As a Production Supervisor at Canpack, you will lead a team of Production Operators and Setters during your shift in our modern production facility. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs safely, efficiently and according to the highest quality standards. As Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operation of your production line. You lead by example, coach your team and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining a safe and positive working environment. Your responsibilities include: - Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Production Operators and Setters; - Planning and coordinating daily production activities; - Monitoring production performance and tracking KPIs; - Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production processes; - Adjusting staffing and work schedules based on production requirements; - Identifying training needs and supporting employee development; - Providing feedback and contributing to the performance review cycle; - Working closely with the Maintenance department to minimize downtime and quickly resolve machine breakdowns; - Troubleshooting operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives; - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and operational procedures; - Building a positive team culture focused on collaboration and results. - A competitive gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €4,500, depending on your knowledge...
