Your role As a Receptionist, you'll be the main point of contact for our business and leisure guests. No two days are the same. One moment you're checking guests in, answering phone calls and discussing the programme with trainers. The next, you're preparing the weekly meeting with the operational departments, processing hotel bookings and fine-tuning the details for the daily meetings.
