They will possess excellent technical skill, leadership, communication skills, both written and oral, have strong commercial awareness, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: · To lead the technical development in P&C, substation design and engineering function within Kelvin Power and Vinci Energies in the Transmission and Distribution market. · To act as checker/approver and technical governance manager for deliverables in the P&C, substation design and other related disciplines. · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of P&C engineers and designers. · To provide technical supervision in engineering projects related to Kelvin Power and Vinci Energies markets · To develop capability in cyber security, SCADA, P&C, substation design (layout & electrical) and expertise in the emerging markets (i.e. HVDC) to grow Kelvin Power's business in the Transmission & Distribution market. · To lead client engagements, lead on developing the proposals, winning work and delivering projects and to empower team-...
