Your assignment You will support global talent management processes and help improve how we manage performance, careers, talent identification and assessments. You will work closely with the team on projects that enhance employee development. Your main responsibilities will be: - Organize activities, events, and meetings for talent programs - Collaborate on projects related to change management and HR operations - Create presentations and communication content for HR initiatives - Execute research and benchmarking - Support talent assessments and annual talent cycles - Assist in preparing reports and documentation for global processes - Update internal webpages and training materials This is a bachelor's or master's internship for a minimum of 5 months, at least 4-5 days per week (minimum 2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is September 2026.
