At Vanderlande, we are looking for an Information Security Governance & Compliance Officer who will play a key role in strengthening our internal cybersecurity posture. In this position, you will help ensure that our IT organization operates in line with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while supporting teams in embedding security into their daily way of working. This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who combines governance expertise with a collaborative mindset and enjoys working with stakeholders across an international organization. What will you be doing? As an Information Security Governance & Compliance Officer, you will be part of the 1st Line Security function and act as the link between security governance and operational IT teams. You will support the adoption of security standards, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our IT landscape. You will work closely with Product Owners, architects, technical specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure security requirements are understood, implemented, and consistently maintained.
