How will you make an impact? As an HR Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters. You ensure that processes run smoothly, administration is accurate, and colleagues receive quick support. You work closely with management, external partners, and international colleagues. You will join a role where there is still plenty to build and improve. This means you will not only execute tasks but also actively contribute ideas regarding structure, processes, and the further professionalization of HR within the organization. How will you do that? - You support the full recruitment process, from vacancy creation to onboarding. - You maintain contact with candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies. - You prepare employment contracts, personnel changes, and HR administration. - You manage personnel files and monitor contract deadlines. - You support payroll administration, absenteeism management, and leave registration. - You are the first point of contact for...
