As a Customer service specialist Logistics you play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by responding quickly, solving problems, and ensuring shipments run smoothly in a fast-paced international logistics environment. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a warehouse environment.Over de functieYou will join a close-knit team of five Customer Service specialists and work as an account handler, acting as the primary point of contact for your own portfolio of customers. In this role, you will process orders, keep customers informed about their shipments, coordinate transport activities, and proactively resolve any issues that arise. Your Responsibilities - Process customer orders accurately and on time. - Keep customers informed about orders, shipments, and inventory levels. - Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation while liaising with planners and transport providers. - Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or disruptions. - Handle claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes. - Maintain accurate customer and shipment data in Salesforce and SAP.
