About this role

Part Time, Permanent variable hours, £14.16 per hour.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our growing climbing team.

You will work a varying pattern of shifts, which will require evening and weekend work.

If you are interested in a career in sport and leisure, Oxford Brookes Sport also has fantastic training programmes that can lead to management positions, with a real focus on individual development and mentorship.

The candidate:

Should have experience working in an indoor climbing centre Hold Climbing Instructor Award or Rock-Climbing Instructor Award Must be passionate about great customer service Must be willing to work a flexible shift pattern including evenings and weekends Should have excellent verbal communication skills Should have confidence and an approachable nature.
