We are now accelerating the premium expansion of Denza in Europe and are seeking exceptional talents to join our team in Belgium. 1) Job Title: Sales Manager Responsibilities - Strategy & Growth: Achieve sales targets for Denza in Brussels/Antwerp by developing localized strategies and analyzing competitors. - Channel Leadership: Recruit and manage high-quality premium dealership partners. Build and lead a top-performing local sales team. - Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients, organize exclusive events, and enhance brand loyalty. Qualifications - Experience: 3-5+ years of luxury auto sales management experience. - Familiarity with the Belgian market is essential. - Fluent in English, must speak one of the local languages: Dutch (preferred) - Skills: Strong negotiation, team leadership, and data analysis skills. - Valid driver's license required. - Confident in delivering presentations on technical, product, and business solutions. 2) Job Title: Sales Consultant Responsibilities - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium NEV brands. - Provide professional product consultation, test drives, and after-sales support. - Maintain high-quality customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Assist in store operations, promotional activities, and customer follow-up. - Collect market and customer feedback to support sales strategy optimization. Qualifications - Dutch at C1 level or above, fluent in English, Chinese is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree or above. - Background in automotive sales, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred. - Familiar with the Belgian automotive market and customer preferences. - Strong communication and coordination skills with good business sensitivity. - Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Willing to accept short-term travel within Belgium. - Valid driver’s license required.
