About Us Harmony New Energy Auto Service Belgium BV is the first official DENZA dealer in Belgium. As part of the Harmony Auto Group, one of the leading automotive retail groups, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience and introducing innovative electric mobility solutions to the Belgian market. As we prepare for our showroom opening, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Your Responsibilities Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails. Schedule appointments for sales and aftersales departments. Maintain the reception area and ensure a premium showroom environment. Support daily office administration, including filing, document preparation, and record keeping. Assist with vehicle delivery documentation and customer paperwork. Coordinate office supplies and administrative purchases. Support HR with onboarding documents and internal administration when required. Assist the management team with various operational and administrative tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support marketing events and showroom activities when needed. Your Profile Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Well organized, accurate, and able to multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Fluent in Dutch and English. French is considered a strong advantage. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
