Responsibilities Manage and execute public procurement dossiers in coordination with strategic buyers. Draft comprehensive public tender documents to secure optimal conditions for partners. Collaborate with stakeholders to define procurement needs for safe ICT products and services. Ensure full compliance with public procurement legislation and internal procedures. Contribute to the selection process of ICT vendors and service providers. Requirements You bring 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Specialist focusing on public sector contracts. You possess deep knowledge of public procurement legislation. You have experience publishing tenders via Public Procurement platforms. You bring demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end procurement dossiers. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree. You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level. Nice to Haves Experience with procurement within an ICT environment. Knowledge of NIS2 guidelines and GDPR . Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
