About this role
As a testing operator, you'll join a modern, high-tech company where innovation and quality are paramount. As an operator, you'll be responsible for the testing process for our microchips. Together with a team of around 20 operators and eight technicians, you'll help deliver high-quality products that are integrated into cars and other electronics. Your responsibilities: Setting up the correct test procedure for each machine, in accordance with quality requirements and schedules. Keeping machines operational (replenishing microchips). Collaborating with the team to efficiently achieve production targets. Detecting and reporting process deviations so that timely adjustments can be made. Registering the obtained data in our software system. Recognizing and resolving minor technical errors or requesting the assistance of a technician. Proposing improvements to achieve higher quality and productivity. Who are you? You hold a secondary school diploma (A2) or equivalent through experience. You are willing to work in two shifts (from 4:48 AM to 1:00 PM or from 12:48 PM to 9:00 PM) from Monday to Friday. You can perform tasks on a PC or tablet. Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus. You speak fluent English and can easily compose an email in English.
