What your day-to-day will look like: Contributing to aseptic and manual production processes Working in a cleanroom laboratory environment Performing production steps in controlled areas (grade A/B/C/D), such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products Managing equipment, including inspections and maintenance Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials Supporting transitions between production zones Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time You’re eager to apply your scientific background and contribute to something meaningful, making a real difference in the lives of patients. You’re energized by dynamic environments and excited to keep learning and growing within advanced biomanufacturing. You hold a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, chemistry, agro- or life sciences, and you’re ready to take the next step from the classroom to cutting-edge industry. You value structure and precision, and you feel comfortable working in a sterile (aseptic) setting, wearing the proper cleanroom gear. High-tech equipment and innovative processes spark your curiosity, you want to be part of what’s next. You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
