Job summary The role of Clinical Deputy Manager at L'Hermitage, a 41-bedded Residential, Nursing & Dementia care Home in St Peter, Jersey, offers a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to use their clinical experience to lead and mentor a dedicated team. The home has a strong focus on delivering excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care, enhancing residents' well-being with independence and choice.

Main duties of the job As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the manager with the day-to-day service, ensuring effective communication and building strong, honest relationships with residents and their families. You will be a caring leader, striving to deliver high-quality care and enhance the well-being of the residents. The role is full-time, with a 42-hour per week schedule split between supernumerary hours and direct nursing hours.

Qualifications Essential

You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin to be considered for this role.
