Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing companionship, personal care, medication administration, meal support, and light domestic tasks to help the residents maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with the nursing and care teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for the residents.

Companionship - Providingsupport, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower andsupporting the client with dressing and oral care. Qualifications Essential
No previous experience is required, as Agincare provides comprehensive training. However, previous experience working in a care home is preferred for these roles.
