The Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and strengthen the employer brand across campaigns and content. ABOUT THE ROLE
Youll sit within our Recruitment and wider People Team, working closely with Marketing and key stakeholders to improve hiring performance and candidate experience.
You will:
Analyse recruitment data including application volumes, time-to-hire and source effectiveness
Produce reports and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions
Work alongside the Marketing team to develop and strengthen our employer brand across campaigns and content
Monitor and strategically improve company reviews on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor
Partner with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence
ABOUT YOU
Youll bring strong analytical skills, confidence working with recruitment data and systems, and have an interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing. Youre collaborative, commercially aware, and able to turn insight into action. Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
This is a hybrid role, based at our Group Support Office in Northampton

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Strong analytical skills, confidence working with recruitment data and systems, and an interest in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing. Experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
