Oversee and manage the daily operations of an RHB Insurance in Miri branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives. * Manage, coach, and motivate a team of insurance professionals to enhance performance and productivity. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. * Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines within the branch. * Oversee financial management of the branch, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. * Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management. * Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful team. * Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
