We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth processing and management of contracts across all business units and countries.
You will be responsible for drafting and processing confidentiality agreements, supporting contract management staff with document collation and approvals, maintaining contract databases and archives, and providing technical support to system users. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in contract administration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role will operate on a hybrid basis, with a mix of home and office based working - approx. 2 days per week in the office and 3 days homebased.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Commercial Operations and Legal teams, including database management, finalization, distribution, and filing of contract documents and correspondence
• Draft, negotiate, and review Confidentiality Agreements and other legal contracts in accordance with Parexel policies and procedures
• Prepare final approvals and signatures for all client-related contracts across business units and countries
• Process and maintain contract information in relevant databases
• Support contract management staff with collation of review and approval documentation
• Administer the Global Contracts Coordinator centralized mailbox
• Maintain contract archives and ensure up-to-date filing systems
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform other assignments as directed
About You;
Essential Skills & Attributes
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and database systems
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of managing high volumes and complex situations
• Strong ownership of assigned duties and ability to multitask effectively

• Fluency in English )
• Knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
Desirable Skills & Knowledge
• Legal background or knowledge of legal/industry terminology
• Experience with confidentiality requirements and legal documentation
• Familiarity with contract management systems and processes
Required Experience & Education
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in contracts, legal, or document administration roles
• Undergraduate degree in Law, Commerce, Business, or Science (or equivalent)
