Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and capable Leadership Development Trainer to join the Talent & Development team.
This role is primarily responsible for leading execution of leadership development initiatives and ensuring the effective delivery of leadership learning programs across the organization. The role translates leadership competency requirements, talent development priorities, and succession planning needs into practical learning solutions, development pathways, and capability-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator and learning designer who enjoys creating practical learning experiences, facilitating meaningful discussions, and helping leaders grow through interactive and business-relevant learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Training Program Design & Content Development
• Translate leadership competency frameworks, organizational capability requirements, and talent development priorities into structured learning journeys and development programs.
• Develop leadership development curricula, learning pathways, workshops, and supporting materials.
• Review and validate learning content developed by internal teams or external vendors to ensure quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Partner with HR, business leaders to align learning programs with business priorities and workforce capability requirements.
2. Leadership Training Facilitation & Learning Delivery
• Guide and oversee the end-to-end implementation of leadership learning initiatives to ensure effective participant engagement and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and learning sessions for leaders and talent pools to ensure learning activities are executed according to established standards, timelines, and participant experience expectations
• Engage internal and external facilitators to ensure delivery quality and program effectiveness.
3. Learning Experience & Internal Trainer Capability Building
• Develop and promote effective practices for leadership learning experience design and learner engagement.
• Build and maintain a network of internal trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to support leadership development initiatives.
• Coach and develop internal trainers on facilitation skills, content delivery techniques, and adult learning principles.
• Provide guidance and feedback to improve facilitator effectiveness and training quality.
4. Talent Development Projects
• Oversee the execution of talent development projects and initiatives in alignment with organizational capability-building priorities.
• Monitor project progress, identify implementation risks or improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
5. Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor the effectiveness of leadership development programs through participant feedback, learning metrics, and evaluation results to guide the enhancement of learning content, facilitator guides, and delivery approaches.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate innovative learning methods and blended learning approaches into leadership development programs
