Performs complex data processing using established procedures and testing new procedures to see if they might represent improvements over existing methods. Identifies shortcomings in current compliance processes, systems and procedures; develops ad hoc solutions to immediate problems within assigned unit and/or discipline. Works independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats. Organises and prepares complex documents by using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft Office), while also gathering and summarising data for special reports. Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required. Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programmes to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services. Delivers prescribed outcomes by working within established procedures. Performs designated tax activities using established tax control systems and protocols in order to provide analytic support services to others. Helps senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using client systems and protocols. Develops training courses to fill gaps in existing programs, methods or tools; runs training programs for specific technical areas using prepared content. Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.
