We are searching for the best talent for the Manufacturing Supervisor to be based in Sassenheim. We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor who will lead a small operations team to meet production targets, maintain safety and GMP compliance, and improve day-to-day processes to support the Operations unit.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading daily operations to meet production targets and ensure the team delivers results within expected standards. • Supervising, coaching, and managing performance for individual contributors to keep the team properly staffed and trained. • Ensuring a safe, compliant work environment by following SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices, company policies, and the Code of Business Conduct. • Driving continuous improvement and a LEAN mindset through Root Cause Problem Solving, Tier 1 management, and practical process improvements. • Monitoring and validating processes through Gemba walks, spot checks of standardized work, clear documentation, and use of visual controls. • Proactively identifying operational risks, escalating issues to leadership, and completing administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely, quality deliverables.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• MBO-4 level education with one of the following: a relevant MBO-4 plus at least 5 years’ proven experience, a non-relevant MBO-4 plus at least 7 years’ relevant experience, or a MBO-4 with at least 3 years’ people leader experience. • Demonstrated experience leading teams and conducting effective performance management. • Dutch language level A2 and English language level B2. • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and entry-level skills in data analysis. • Strong interpersonal skills: maintain a positive attitude, lead by example under pressure, and demonstrate effective change leadership. • Ability and willingness to work on a shift roster and to apply company policies and legal requirements in daily work.
