Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through regular engagements with the relevant stakeholdersPrepare and lead business reviews with accountsPitch different products, services, and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contracts terms & conditionsCollaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery & response to market trends & needs.Resolve any issues and problems of your merchants and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams. Bachelor's Degree in any fieldPreferably at least 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.Great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skillsShowcases passion and leadership.
