The Vietnam Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Vietnam. We develop and execute business strategies to achieve our vision in providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Vietnam. Omnicommerce is a fast-growing vertical within Grab. Omnicommerce works with a wide range of food merchants on Deals, Reservation, Loyalty,... As part of the Commercial team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy, building partnerships, and driving execution to grow Grab's presence and impact across Southeast Asia.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Grab's Omnicommerce strategy. You will be at the forefront of driving growth for our "Online-to-Offline" (O2O) initiatives, including Dine Out Deals, Reservations, and Loyalty Programs and many more.
We are looking for a strategic hunter and a data-driven grower. You will not only acquire top-tier F&B Chains and strategic POS (Point of Sale) Partners but also act as a consultant to incubate their performance, ensuring they maximize their revenue potential within the Grab ecosystem.
From ideation to execution, you will be empowered to build new growth engines. We value ambition, curiosity, and collaboration as we pioneer the next phase of Grab's transformation.
You will report to the Head, GrabMart & Omnicommerce and work onsite at Mapletree Business Centre office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
1. Merchant Incubation & Performance
End-to-End Sales: Drive the entire sales cycle for large F&B Key Accounts, from lead generation and tailored pitching to contract negotiation.O2O Growth: Secure high-value merchants for Omnicommerce solutions (Dine-in, Pickup, Reservations) by structuring mutually beneficial commercial deals.2. Merchant Incubation & Performance
Incubation Ownership: Manage the early lifecycle of new merchants to drive immediate GMV and adoption.Consultative Optimization: Analyze data to advise merchants on menu engineering, pricing, and marketing, turning new sign-ups into high-performing "power users." What Essential Skills You Will Need
Experience & Background:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management.Industry Context: Proven track record in the F&B industry or SaaS/Tech Sales targeting the hospitality sector. Experience working with POS systems or food aggregators is a massive plus.Network: Existing network within local F&B chains or retail technology providers is highly advantageous.Skills & Competencies:
Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to understand P&L, negotiate commercial terms, and structure complex deals.Strategic Thinking: Ability to move from high-level strategy (ecosystem building) to execution (closing the deal).Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to diagnose merchant performance issues and propose solutions.Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing executives at big chains and internal cross-functional teams.Attributes:
