• Attend to TAM or helpdesk case assign by the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer on site, carry out permanent rectification or temporary repair/fix (when necessary) within given time.
• Respond quickly and brief the technicians on; in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer for coordination in all events or issues assigned.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer in attending to reactive maintenance (RM) and or corrective maintenance (CM).
• To perform planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reactive maintenance.
• To conduct daily routine checks for the M&E equipment’s, plant rooms and maintain the equipment’s in good operational condition.
• To assist Venue Team request’s during event and non-event days.
• Manage, plan and execution of the Scheduled Facility Program Maintenance (SFPM), ensure with 100% work completion.
• To ensure smooth operation of MEP equipment and equipment to be 100% readiness.
• Quick response to all Reactive Maintenance and complete within contractual requirement.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer to review and ensure critical spare part availability.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, able to get control of the situation and do escalation accordingly.
• Completion and follow up on any other works assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure and conduct general housekeeping and tidiness of workplace and workspace.
• Able to lead/manage the team, in absence of Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer.
• Able to multi-tasked, timing flexibility.
• Paperwork not limited to; checklist, presentation slides, weekly report and etc.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer to monitor and control expenditure within budget allocated.
• Assist the Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer on project management including task delegation, work schedule and documentation.
About You
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, testing, repair, and servicing of equipment.
• Strong manpower deployment and coordination skills.
• Experience in tools and asset management.
