• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs • Coach, mentor, and support agents in meeting performance goals • Monitor attendance, productivity, and quality performance • Conduct huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews • Partner with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to drive results SME
• Serve as the go-to person for process and product-related concerns • Provide floor support and assist agents with customer issues and escalations • Help improve team performance through guidance and knowledge sharing • Support new hires, nesting, and refresher sessions • Coordinate with Team Leaders and support groups for process updates ✅ Why Join Us Career growth opportunity
