Build a strong understanding around the business products, processes and data sourcesIdentify business relevant ML use cases: running pilots, implementation in production, subsequent monitoring (e.g. for drift) and ideating additional data requirementsDevelop and deploy Generative AI applications, including building AI Agents and Agentic NetworksEnsure that solutions developed have measurable business impact, are scalable and can be adapted to needs of different products / functionsOptimization of ML models and existing data pipelines for performance, ensuring model version control and experiment controlManage Code Repositories using version control systems like Bitbucket/Git to maintain code quality and collaborative workflowsStay updated with the advancements in the field of Data Science and determine their application Successfully completed degree (e.g. data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar)Around 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of data scienceExperience translating domain knowledge into ML Projects and develop end-to-end ML pipelinesDemonstrated hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAGs, LLM fine-tuning, and using frameworks such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and AI tools.Coding knowledge in Python and SQLSound understanding of concepts and algorithms in the field of ML, both traditional and advancedExperience in version control systems (e. g.
