Job Description We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Interline & Codeshare to support the execution and management of interline and codeshare partnerships. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining partner relationships, and supporting initiatives that enhance network connectivity and revenue performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and self-driven, with a strong interest in airline partnerships and commercial operations.
Your Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of interline and codeshare agreements.
• Coordinate with partner airlines on operational, commercial, and system-related matters.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Assist in identifying potential new partners and support onboarding activities.
• Work closely with internal teams including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in fare filings, ticketing processes, and settlement procedures.
• Support troubleshooting of interline and codeshare issues (ticketing, proration, billing, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation of agreements, processes, and workflows.
Your Profile
• Understanding of airline commercial operations, particularly interline and codeshare frameworks is preferred.
• Solid numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data.

Your Qualifications
• A Levels, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Aviation, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in airline commercial functions, preferably in interline, codeshare, revenue management, or network planning is a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable building clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations using Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including charts, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with industry standards and systems including: IATCI, IATA TTBS, IATA Clearing House, e-ticketing and multiple PSS’s is a plus.
• Experience within the aviation or airport ecosystem is preferred.
