About this role

Job Description WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

• Manage day-to-day store operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada — listings, content updates, inventory flags, and platform hygiene • Set up and execute in-store promotions: flash sales, Shocking Sales, vouchers, GWPs, and platform campaigns • Work closely with platform key account managers (KAMs) to maximise campaign participation, platform exposure and growth opportunities. • Coordinate and manage internal livestreams across platforms, including scheduling, setup, and execution • Handle customer enquiries and reviews across all platforms promptly and professionally • Develop and execute customer acquisition initiatives through strategic partnerships, sponsorships and marketing activations. • Work closely with the e-commerce lead to execute growth initiatives and flag operational gaps

Stays focused and methodical when campaign days get hectic. • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred, but not required. • Strong written Bahasa Malaysia and English for customer communications • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyse data. • Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce store (personal or professional) is a bonus, not a requirement
