About this role
The Project Coordinator’s primary function is to develop, execute, and manage assigned projects and programs in a compliant manner and within budget. The Project Coordinator will drive multiple projects while working directly with key stakeholders and leaders. This role is accountable for managing/coordinating projects that have compliance and budgetary impact to the business. This role has impact by improvement and optimization programs with stakeholders
Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by colleaguesIdentify innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in assigned areas of responsibilityMaintains and communicates project meeting minutes and actions to cross functional teamCreates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changesAct as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers for onboarding/training new employeesResponsible for managing and coordinating schedules and budgets for projects and initiativesWorks with internal and external resource contacts to coordinate resources needed to deliver on project plans, such as meetings and eventsProvides direct support of the organization supporting the leadership teamAcquire, maintain and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reportingManages stakeholder relationships and expectations Bachelor degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience. 2+ years of overall experienceEngineering or validation or operations experience preferred.Project management skills requiring minimal supervision preferredStrong leadership skills to effectively manage within a matrix environment a plusStrong communication, interpersonal, and computer skillsBasic understanding of AbbVie’s organization and logistics model preferred Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law:
The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
