đź“ť Job Description: Project CoordinatorPosition Overview The Project Coordinator will support project execution by managing schedules, tasks, and communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Use internal Wrike project management software to run timeline, past-due, assignee, and KPI reportsIdentify past-due tasks and proactively contact assignees to keep projects moving forwardManage task data as requested, including reassigning tasks when necessaryPerform data entry by entering provided datasets into designated tasks accuratelyCommunicate effectively via email and Teams chat during USA/PST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports for management and stakeholdersSupport project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actionsEnsure strict adherence to confidentiality requirements across all project activitiesCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency
🎓 QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferredMinimum of 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related rolesExperience with project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Trello, Asana) is an advantageSkills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills in fluent English (written and verbal)Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressureDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentialityTeam player with the ability to work independently when required
