Full UK Driving License Required - You'll be given access to a work vehicle and fuel card

What you’ll be doing

Cleaning of communal spaces Effectively manage your time, arriving to site on time and spending the allocated time at each location in line with the cleaning scheduleReport any maintenance issues, defects or problems on site to FM Operations ManagerCarry out all cleaning tasks at each location to a high standard and within the allocated timeEnsure you are aware of the specific cleaning specification for each site, referring to your Team Leader if unsureWork in accordance with all health and safety guidelines, avoiding the risk of slips, trips or falls and use all appropriate signageEnsure you always possess and use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Report immediately to your Team Leader in the event of an emergency or issue preventing you from fulfilling your duties on site or having to leave site earlySign the contractors log at each site visit, as and when required What you need to succeed
