You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you. What you will be doing:

• Administration and Reception: Managing front desk duties, answering phones, registering patients, scanning documents, completing billing and maintaining office supplies. • Scheduling and Communication: Booking and confirming appointments, coordinating referrals, and acting as the liaison between patients and physicians. • Clinical Support: Preparing exam rooms, cleaning instruments, taking patient measurements (e.g., blood pressure, temperature) You have:

• Proficiency with medical office software, EMR systems, and office equipment. • Strong verbal and written skills in English to interact with patients and staff. • Organizational skills, ability to multitask, compassion, and professional demeanor. • Understanding of medical terminology and health records management. • Knowledge of Accuro EMR program an asset • 2+ years of MOA experience required • Results oriented ?
