*Responsibilities:*
* Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding stock, orders, and general questions. * Provide excellent customer service and help resolve any issues related to orders. * Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly. * Work as part of a team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is an asset. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory management. * Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude. * Ability to lift and move products as required in a warehouse setting.
