*Duties*
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries face to face or via phone, email, or chat in English (additional languages a plus). * Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer understanding. * Assist customers with data entry tasks related to account updates, order processing, and issue tracking. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience. * Demonstrate excellent personal and phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients. * Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions in the system.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a multilingual environment. * Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions. * Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, specifically French, are a plus. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on active listening and clear articulation. * Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and best practices for remote customer engagement.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
