About this role

*Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)*

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our busy physiotherapy clinic. *Candidates must have prior office administration experience*; experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy setting is strongly preferred.

Key Qualifications:

* Proven experience in office administration (required) * Previous experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy clinic (preferred) * Strong computer skills and proficiency with office systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, reliable, and highly organized * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable

Responsibilities:

* Answering phones and managing front desk operations * Booking and confirming appointments * Maintaining patient accounts by collecting, recording, and updating personal and financial information (private, MVA, WCB, PCN) * Processing payments and handling billing inquiries * Following up with clients and insurance companies * General administrative and clerical duties as required

Additional Information:

* Position: Part-time or Full-time * Location: In-person (no remote work)
