About this role

Warrington PCI Management is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client and tenant relationships, managing day-to-day operations, leading projects, and driving property performance.

What You'll Do

* Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties. * Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors. * Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and property inspections. * Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, monthly reporting, and reconciliations. * Coordinate capital projects and tenant improvement initiatives. * Lead building operations staff and ensure exceptional service delivery. * Respond to property emergencies and support after-hours requirements when needed.

What You Bring

* 2?5 years of commercial property management experience. * Active BCFSA Rental Property Management Licence. * Experience managing office, retail, and/or industrial assets. * Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset. * Valid BC driver's licence and clean driver's abstract.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
