We are hiring! We are looking for a hardworking individual to join The Tire Man team for our upcoming Winter Season!
_*This individual needs to be open to working outside for extended periods of time in all weather conditions, as well as the ability to work intensive hours of hard work for a full 8-10 hour day, depending on the season*_.
_*Individual must have a clean driving abstract as this position requires operation of 1-ton box truck. *_
This position is a full-time, seasonal position with 45-60 hours work per week during the tire seasons September - December
The work shifts vary depending on season, however typically fall on weekdays 8:30 am-5 pm, and Saturdays 9-2pm.
Preference would be given to individuals who have previous experience in the tire industry or in warehouse environments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Unloading tire shipments and putting away inventory
- Organization of warehouse space to ensure inventory locations are accurate and work space is kept in orderly and safe manner
- Picking inventory to fill customer orders
- Processing customer?s orders
- Labelling tires for orders to be shipped
- Loading tires onto courier trucks
- Assisting with inventory transfer between Tire Man locations
- Maintenance and cleaning of Tire Man locations as required
- Wearing own approved safety boots while working at all times, as well as performing all job duties in safe manner
Individual must have their own reliable method of transportation and steel toe footwear.
\*\* Currently we are looking for seasonal help from September - December, however we are willing to extend to full time employment to the right candidate\*\*
